We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tsunxtee. If for any reason you are not, we’ve made our return and refund process clear and straightforward.

1. 90-Day Free Return & Refund for Damaged or Defective Items (Our Error)

We offer a 90-day free return and refund policy if your item arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

  • Eligibility: This policy applies to T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our fault.
  • Cost: There is absolutely no fee ($0) for returns and refunds under this policy. We will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

2. General Returns (Customer Responsibility for Shipping)

For returns not due to a manufacturing defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Eligibility: You may return T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs for reasons other than damage or defect within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable).
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent to 919 Burlington Ave, Billings, MT 59101. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

3. Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee for returns.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items may not be eligible for returns:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customized or personalized T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs are generally not eligible for return.

  • Items marked as final sale
