Shipping Availability
We currently ship to the following countries:

Orders can be placed from any of the above locations, and we deliver to all regions within each country.
Shipping Within the United States
Shipping Cost:
Flat rate of $4.99 on all orders.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit Time:
Once shipped, your order typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on business days will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping to Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy)
Shipping Cost:
Flat rate of $6.99 on all orders within Europe.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Example Delivery Timeline (U.S. Orders)
If you place an order on Monday before 2:00 PM PST:

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress of your package.
Damaged Items During Shipping
We take great care to package your order safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work promptly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction—either by sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Important: Once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
